(i) By accepting the associated terms and conditions and submitting the form the User acknowledges that they are placing an order for the pdf Budget Report to be supplied by Publishing from PracticeWEB for £199.00
(ii) The User acknowledges that the company details submitted via the order form will be used to brand the Budget Report. Any changes to details once branded may result in a delay in providing the Budget Report to the User.
(iii) The User acknowledges that they must submit a print quality version of their company logo to PracticeWEB via clientservices@practiceweb.co.uk. PracticeWEB will not be held responsible for any delay that arises in supplying the Budget Report from a suitable logo not being provided by the User. The User acknowledges that if a logo file is provided but is not of suitable print quality a delay may result in providing the Budget Report to the User. The User acknowledges that PracticeWEB will not be held responsible for the quality of the company logo artwork supplied by the User.
(iv) The User acknowledges that only one (1) postal address may feature upon any of the Budget Report per order.
