New Online Services guides for you and your clients
We are currently in the process of producing a range of new guides for the key online services for you to use internally and with your clients.
These guides are being adapted into several formats including for use as:
- A partner level overview of the service and how it works
- An internal document for internal circulation to staff
- An end user guide which can be sent or given to clients
The first batch of guides will cover:
- Secure Document Exchange
- Company Formations
- Credit Checks and Company reports
- PracticeHR
With more to follow soon after.
All will be made available in PDF format and some also in Word for you to adapt and tailor as required.
The guides themselves are free, and a small charge will be made if you would like us to complete any bespoke or tailored versions.
The first of these documents will be available by the end of June 2008.
