1. The challenge

As one of Bristol’s leading accountancy firms, Dunkley’s wanted their website to reflect the firm’s excellent reputation and expertise. Once their new website was live the next step was to ensure they ranked number one in search engines in order to cement their position as market leaders and attract new clients.

2. The solution

PracticeWEB’s Search Team recommended an on-going project of 12 months to reap the greatest rewards. We started to consult on all aspects of the firm’s digital presence from Social Media, to optimising the website for local search traffic, using keywords such as “Accountants Bristol” and “Accountants in Bristol”. The Search Team were constantly looking at local key word research to find out what potential clients would be searching for and made changes to reflect the trends being identified.

3. The result

As expected, it took a few months before the changes turned into results. However, as we came into the new year, Dunkley’s took on more work in two weeks from the website resulting in them regaining all of the campaign costs! New business leads have continued to roll in for Dunkley’s, with two or three leads per week being established from the website, which are turning into good conversations with clients. New clients frequently state that they found the firm easily online.

4. The client
