Hi Jess! Thanks for taking the time to answer these questions. How’s your day going so far?
Really good thank you, it’s only 10:30 and I’m already very busy which is what I love about my job.
What’s your official title here at PracticeWEB?
I’m a producer.
So what do you do?
I am part of the production team. My role is to manage projects from the point of sale through to completion. We guide our clients through the design and build phase of their new website or amends to the existing site. My role is to manage our clients through that process.
I deal with all of the teams within PracticeWEB at some point during the production process, from the account managers, designers and developers, to the aftercare with client support.
I’ve been at PracticeWEB for just over 7 years. During that time we have seen a lot of different processes and workflows which keeps my role interesting.
Oh brilliant, so what were you doing before you worked here?
I worked for another Bristol based digital agency called Yucca where I was an account executive for just over 2 years.
Can you describe yourself in 3 words?
That’s really tricky! Calm under pressure, organised and I would like to say fun!
What do you enjoy the most about working at PracticeWEB?
People – definitely the people. We have such a good team here, it’s nice to come in and feel not only that you have support but you also have great friendship. PracticeWEB has given me lots of opportunities to learn and develop with the company as it grows.
And what’s the best place in Bristol for payday lunch?
Oh there’s so much choice! I would have to say my favourite is getting food from St Nicks Market and going to sit by the harbourside, both of which are on our doorstep.
Lots of recommendations! Thanks Jess.
