Staff profiles: what they are, how to edit them, and how to add new profiles

Staff profiles are a great way to showcase your employees and share professional or personal information that your clients may want to know.
To manage your staff profiles, log in to the site’s back end and click Staff Profiles.

To add a new profile, click Add New at the top of the screen. Then, you can add the staff member’s name, title, image, contact information, expertise, and biography.

To edit an existing profile, click on the name you’d like to edit. It’s important to wait until the Visual Builder has fully loaded before making your edits. You’ll know it’s fully loaded when the sections below the purple bar showing the Divi Builder are visible.

Then, scroll down past the Divi Builder, and you’ll see fields where you can edit the staff member’s information. Lastly, scroll back to the top of the page and click the blue Update button on the right.
