PracticeWeb and ACCA announce partnership

by | Jun 16, 2020 | Partnerships

On 4 June, we were delighted to announce PracticeWeb’s partnership with the ACCA, making PracticeWeb their sole digital marketing partner.

It’s a fantastic opportunity for PracticeWeb and the ACCA to share insight, expertise and knowledge with each other’s communities.

We’ve already got some great events and publications lined up for the rest of this year.

Through this partnership we’ll also tackle the most important day-to-day challenges for accountancy firms such as effective digital marketing, talent retention, digitalisation and communications best practice.

Working together

The ACCA is a forward thinking membership body whose ethos, culture and messaging resonates and aligns with PracticeWeb.

We both recognise that in order to build a sustainable and strong firm, you need to invest in digital marketing – especially in the current climate where digital has replaced physical. A firm’s online presence is crucial to ensuring they are visible to prospects and clients.

PracticeWeb and the ACCA will be working together to provide research, insight-led practical advice and educational content. We’ll help firms to develop the skills and capabilities they need to be a modern day accountant.

Another key focus of the partnership is research into the challenges SMEs face, translating that into insight and practical advice to give accountancy practices a competitive advantage and attract more of the right types of clients.

Ultimately, our partnership activity will enable firms to reflect on the longer term growth of their practices and make positive changes.

Claire Bennison, head of ACCA UK, said:

“Through this partnership, we’re aiming to challenge the status quo and promote the rise of a modern, diverse accountancy profession. ACCA aims to support small to medium firms by providing best practice approaches, guidance and routes to attract the right talent. This partnership allows both parties to expand the reach and efficacy of our guidance while celebrating those driving the profession forward.”

The partnership also seeks to increase the awareness and reach of both organisations, encouraging wider engagement and creating connections between ACCA members and PracticeWeb clients.

We are delighted to be working with the ACCA and look forward to supporting and connecting with ACCA members in the months to come.
